“Swiss Story Night, a joint project of SIKJM, Bibliomedia Switzerland and UNICEF Switzerland, held each year on the second Friday in November instead. It is the largest cultural event in Switzerland. Landauf, down the country young and old tell each other stories or read through this. School classes, Libraries, Bookstores and various cultural institutions staged under the headings of the story night in a special atmosphere.
This year, the Swiss Reading Night is on 8. Conducted November, and this under the motto “Stories to make you smile – Just for fun! – Stories to smile – Istorgias by surrir”. Federal Minister Ueli Maurer took over the patronage. Für das Plakat zeichnet die Illustratorin Jacky Gleich verantwortlich.
Alle Schulen, Libraries, Buchhandlungen, Jugendgruppen und weitere Institutionen sind eingeladen, sich an der Erzählnacht zu beteiligen. Das SIKJM unterstützt die OrganisatorInnen mit umfangreichen Materialien und einem Kurs zur Erzählnacht.”
