... The Little Match Girl, Lausanne (CEO) ...
On a bare stage, cut fairy lights, four
actors come in evening dress. Taking all the roles with
mastery, they will make us relive the famous tale of Andersen :
“The day of the year, a little girl tries to sell matches
passersby eager to return to celebrate New Year's Eve. Only, feet
naked in the cold, the girl did not dare go home without
nothing sold. Then she strikes a match to warm
and a large cast iron skillet magically appears
then disappears when the match went out ...”
